No fee

The INDEX Security Systems maintenance service is among the best available in the industry and what’s more, there are no up-front payments or commitments, as it is offered on a pay-as-you-go basis. Charges apply only to site visits made by our engineers - a unique feature of the INDEX service. Annual fees apply only to monitoring contracts.

Police monitored systems require a twice yearly service call; most other systems require just one engineer service visit with payment by invoice charged after the inspection.

Updates

Where appropriate, firmware or software updates are conducted as part of servicing.

Alarm panel user manuals

We hold an extensive range of user manuals for many alarm panels by manufacturers such as Castle Care Tech, Scantronic, Texacom and many more. They are available on our support page, or contact us if you require a paper copy.

Remote Diagnostics and Servicing

For servicing it means more precise dates and times for doing the work, and the likelihood of inconvenience caused by engineers being delayed or appointments being re-scheduled is greatly reduced. Typically, a service conducted remotely will be completed in far less time than a traditionally attended service.
