INDEX operates a 24/7 key holder response service with mobile patrol service via its sister company Premier Services. We are one of the few independent security companies that offer an allied guarding service.
Systems to suit your needs
Most intruder systems incorporate a mixture of CCTV, access control and perimeter protection with connection to mobile phones or a monitoring station.
There are different levels of service available and we will be happy to explain these and advise what is best for you. Often insurance companies stipulate particular requirements and we will advise on how to comply with these.
Audible
This is a basic system that sounds an alarm when intrusion is detected.
Speech dialler
In addition to an audible alarm a speech dialler system makes an automated call to alert someone nominated by the user.
Digital communicator
In addition to an audible alarm a signal is sent to an alarm receiving centre (ARC) and from here calls are made to specified key holders.
Red Care
Redcare is an insurance specified system and offers various facilities that can be chosen according to the requirements of insurance companies. These options include phone or GSM communications.
Redcare
This acts in the same way as Digital Communicator but in addition the phone line is continuously monitored and key holders are called if the line is cut or damaged.
Redcare GSM (dual signalling)
This acts in the same way as Redcare but operates on both telephone and GSM, which means the system can communicate via GSM in the event of line failure.
Redcare Secure
This service can operate on GSM only if required.

Pet Detection
If you leave pets in the house, we can provide Pet Detection which means you can still use your alarm system.
Virtual keypad for maximum security
INDEX systems can be controlled from PCs, smartphones, iPads and other devices, which means that you can control your system even when you are not there. It also means you do not have to give your code to anyone who may be entering in your absence, such as builders.
Understanding your alarm system
It is important that you are familiar with your system and can confidently operate it and you should be familiar with the sounds it makes. Alarms are, out of necessity, quite startling and you should know what to expect.
