For domestic security we use the same high quality installation standards and equipment as we do for our commercial customers, but there are some differences. Timed appointments
We know that many homeowners have to take valuable time off work for visits by our sales and technical staff so when we arrange a visit, you will be given a timed appointment. Even so, problems do happen and in the event that we are running late you will be told; you won’t be kept waiting all day not knowing when we are coming.
Free survey
Our service begins with a careful survey of your property and we will then prepare a proposal that includes a risk assessment and recommendations on the best way to secure your property. There is no charge for this. You can choose to go ahead with the full proposal, or you may feel that you only need part of it. Either way, we will install a system to the highest standards and make sure your property looks just the same when we finish.
When we hand over the system to you we will make sure that you fully understand how it works and of course we will always be on hand afterwards for advice.
