Timed appointments
Time is money, so when our sales staff or engineers visit, you will be given a timed appointment. Even so, problems do happen and in the event that we are running late, you will be told.
Free survey
Our service begins with a careful survey of your premises and we will then prepare a proposal that includes a risk assessment (if required) and recommendations on the best way to secure your premises. There is no charge for this. You can choose to go ahead with the full proposal, or you may feel that you only need part of it. Either way, we will install a system to the highest standards and make sure your property looks just the same when we finish.
When we hand over the system to you we will make sure that you fully understand how it works and of course we will always be on hand afterwards for advice.
